Rushing can cause undue stress. Please arrive a few minutes prior to your session. If you are a new client there is paperwork that will be required to be filled out. Tracey cannot extend your session if you are late. This would impact the next client's session.
Drinking water helps to cleanse and detoxify your body and maintain your energy levels.
Coming to your session with a full belly is not comfortable. Try to eat a light healthy meal or snack prior to your session.
Try to get a good nights sleep the night prior to your session. Being relaxed will help you be more receptive during your session.
It is best to not drink the day/night prior to your session.
Take some time before your session to think about your intentions for the session. Come prepared with any questions.
Tracey provides comfy blankets, but often feet get cold, so please wear socks and comfortable clothing for your session.
