We are made of energy.

We are more than our physical bodies. 

We also have an energy body made up of our aura (energy fields), the chakras (energy centers) and the meridians (energy pathways).
Usui Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. 

Reiki energetically balances a client physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually,  

My job as a Reiki Master Practitioner is to clear, open and balance each chakra so that the energy is flowing properly and 

the client's overall well-being is enhanced.
