Reiki is a form of alternative medicine called "energy healing". Reiki practitioners use a technique called "palm healing" or "hands-on healing" through which "universal energy" is transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional and physical healing.

Tracey will select crystals prior to the session and will incorporate them into the healing session.  

Sessions are 30 Minutes.  
Parents are welcome to stay in the room or a video monitor can be set up if you prefer to wait in the lobby.

Don't have a full hour to commit!  Come in for a quick pick me up or a mini session before you step into the Harmonic Egg (at New Earth Wellness)

Stones are heated up and infused with Reiki.  They are placed on the body and then when they are removed they are stacked to show a message from the Universe.

15 minutes of the Singing Triangle at the end of your Reiki session.

Indie Head Massage is a form of massage therapy based on the ancient healing system of Ayurveda.  Essential oils are applied to the scalp and hair, and combined with therapeutic massage to the face, scalp, neck and shoulders.
